Third party booking prohibited Exact number of bodies must be revealed pior to listing by indicating the number of guests in your reservation. Additional guests must be approved. No exceptions. After 1 require an additional per person charge per night. Smoking of any substance inside premise is prohibited. No parties. No showing up late at night or early AM with friends because the bar closed. No re-arranging furniture. Damage deposit of $1,000 may be required prior to stay. Longer stays we will require a weekly light cleaning and re fresh. No loud music. Plastic dishware only on balcony. HOT TUB - We've had a lot of issues with the hot tub so I have to lay out the rules. We make sure the water is pristine prior to your arrival. After a couple days the water is merky means it have to be emptied prior to the next guest. To avoid extra cleaning charges, shower or having a bath is mandatory prior to using the hot tub. Driving for 3 hours then jumping into the hot tub before washing off insn't acceptable. Please don't eat, floss or other non hot tub activities. The water is pristine clear when you arrive. If the water is merky, oily from body lotion, of full of dirt, there will be extra charges.
